There are lots of ways to become part of the Leys Festival 2026.

Planning Group: be part of the brilliant community group that plans and helps to deliver the festival. Everyone is welcome. We meet once a month (Thursday evenings). No experience required and no need to commit to every session. Come when you can. Free food provided by Oxford Community Action. We have an Open Evening on 16th April 2026 6-8 pm at Leys College on Cuddesdon Way. Please come and say hi and be part of shaping the Festival
General stalls: If you want a stall to sell items or share your message/content with the community, please use the form below to tell our Producer Millie what you would like to do. We hope to confirm stall holders in April.
Food festival: The food festival is run by Oxford Community Action. If you want to be considered to sell food at the festival, please use the form below to get in touch with OCA. We are hoping to confirm food sellers in April.
Stage/performance: Are you an individual performer or group that wants to be considered for the stage programme? Use the form below to send your details to the Stage Lead, Paula (Body | Mind | Soul). All art forms welcome. We will confirm acts in April.
Families: Do you have an idea for something families might enjoy at the festival?
Please let our Family Lead Ewa know using the form below.
Crafts/creative work: Have you got a brilliant idea for either craft or creative work/outputs either at the festival or in the build up? Or can you help make some beautiful decorations for our site? Please let our Producer Millie know details using the form below.
Sports: Are you a coach or a team that could provide activity to festival goers?

Volunteers: We need people to help set up and and decorate the site, assist in the family/craft/sports activities and help with supporting evaluation. Let Rhiannon know if you want to join in (all volunteers get a thank you meal).
Academic/research/student: are you a University of Oxford researcher or student that wants to have a presence at the festival? Please reach out to Project Manager Rhiannon using the form below.
Sponsorship/Partnerships: We are always on the lookout for partners to make the Leys Festival as brilliant as possible. If you would like to offer support in any capacity, please get in touch with the festival Producer Millie using the form below.
